Dr Rameez Kureshi

Programme Director

MSc Artificial Intelligence

Dr Rameez Kureshi has expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and the Internet of Things. He combines research in these areas to address environmental and societal challenges. Prior to joining the University of Hull, Ramez had worked on two European Commission Funded projects: LifeCritical and Smart Cities and Open Data REuse (SCORE) with nine European cities and three other Universities. He has international teaching experience of more than five years in various Computer Science and AI subjects.

Dr Dionysios Demetis

Programme Director

MSc Digital Transformation

Dr Demetis is a lecturer in management systems at the Hull University Business School. He is also Vice-Chair of the Humber Business Resilience Forum which promotes a secure Humber region by enhancing the cybersecurity of its businesses. He is the author of two books and numerous other publications while his research on anti-money laundering has been featured in the United Nations bibliography and received funding from the European Commission.
